Real ATS Parity Update

ATS Pre-Flight Check

Every uploaded resume now gets an instant parseability score (A–F grade) showing exactly what real ATS systems like Workday, Greenhouse, and Taleo will see.

NLP Keyword Matching

Replaced naive substring matching with stemming + 30+ synonym dictionary. "JS" now matches "JavaScript", "managed projects" matches "Project Management", and false positives like "React" inside "reaction" are eliminated.

DOCX-First Export

DOCX is now the recommended format with an "ATS-Safe" badge. DOCX parses 30–40% more reliably than PDF in legacy ATS systems.

Honest Scoring

Removed the artificial +10 score floor. Your optimization score now reflects real improvements only — no inflated numbers.

Cliché Detector

Flags credibility-killing phrases like "team player", "results-driven", "go-getter" so you can replace them with specific accomplishments.
